Infrared Sauna

Saunas are quickly replacing Happy Hours, as many are now opting for this secret escape to unwind from busy schedules. Saunas have become increasingly popular for stress management, pain relief, detoxification, exercise recovery, amongst many other benefits.

Infrared Sauna works by increasing your core internal temperature and warming it from the inside out, causing you to perspire at a fast and safe rate whilst you very comfortably enjoy the warmth for 30-45 minutes. Infrared rays penetrate deeply into your skin cells to target harmful substances accumulated in your body.

How to make the most of your Sauna Session

What to bring:

If you wish, bring along swimwear and a towel as you are sure to sweat plenty! We can also provide disposable underwear and towels, refreshments and hygienic necessities. The more frequently you enjoy a sauna, the more you build up a sweat.

We advise removing make up and instant tan before using, to allow your skin to breathe. The Sauna has built in relaxation music, is equipped with medical chromotherapy lighting and set to a colour selection for your health needs.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Please come to your appointment alone.

  • Please wash your hands as soon as you enter and after your session.

COVID-19 Sauna Considerations

Saunas operate at higher temperatures (up to 60°C) and have porous wood furniture that could make it difficult for any virus to survive for long. It is recommended that people do not go in them if they are feeling ill in any way and should not, for example, “sweat out a cold.” As always, we follow strict disinfection protocols with each session plus an ozone oxygen ioniser to clean the air. We always provide new clean laundered towels and other linens for each service.
